UDHAMPUR: A youth attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in his house at village Jansal in Manwal.
According to a report, 23 years Sohan Lal son of Gaju Ram resident of village Jansal in Manwal took some poisonous substance in his house to end his life. On seeing the victim lying unconscious, his family members shifted him to nearby PHC where from he was further referred to District Hospital Udhampur. Doctors washed his stomach and condition of the victim was stated be stable. Police has registered a case for investigation.
