Dear Editor,
We try to keep our homes clean, but are callous about our surroundings. The situation is no better at our religious places, particularly during festive seasons. My father, who was a teacher, would recite a couplet: Safai ko rakhna yeh kya khoob hai, safai khuda ko bhi margoob hai. Let us join the mission of a clean India to make Gandhiji’s dream a reality, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
