R S PURA : The Miransahib Police on Sunday seized a vehicle carrying election material without permission from RS Pura to Jammu.
The Miransahib Police during a Naka at Kullian intercepted a Tata Sumo bearing registration No JK02G-6053 and during checking, recovered large quantity of election material including PDP flags, banners and other items.
The SHO Miransahib Mohammad Iqbal disclosed that, the police acting swiftly have seized the material and the vehicle for carrying the same without permission as the Model Code of conduct is in vogue. According to police the investigation is in progress.
