JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Friday placed Sanjay Dhar, Principal Sessions Judge Kathua in the Super Time scale of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service with effect from April 1, 2016 whereas 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Kishore Kumar has been placed in the Selection grade of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service with effect from April 1, 2016.
The decision to this effect was taken in the full Court meeting held at Srinagar under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar.
According to an order, the seniority of Parvaiz Hussain Kachroo presently Registrar Judicial Srinagar, has been restored with notional benefits and he shall figure in the seniority list above MK Sharma and Ravinder Nath Wattal
