JAMMU: The Government on Thursday transferred two KAS officers. According to an order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/ Secretary, General Administration Department, Rajinder Singh Tara, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu and Arun Kumar Manhas, KAS, Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar.
