SAMBA: Police on Monday arrested two persons and seized haul of intoxicating capsules, injections from their possession. According to a report, District Special Branch Samba in collaboration with police party of Police Station Bari Brahmana led by SHO Bari Brahmana Mahesh Sharma raided at village Bari of Smailpur area of Bari Brahmana and apprehended one person namely Zaheer Abas son of Mohd. Sharif resident of W.No. 04 at present staying at Bathindi Jammu and recovered 610 intoxicated capsules of clavidol, 09 injection of Pramsliv, 30 tablets of Prilamlive 05 and 14 tablets of Macdol fort which he used to sell to the drug addicted persons illegally.
A case vide FIR No. 62/2017 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act wax registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana. Meanwhile, District Special Branch Samba in collaboration with Police Party of Police Station Vijaypur headed by SHO Vijaypur Inspector Suraj Pathania on some specific information laid a surprise Naka near Railway Station Vijaypur and nabbed the one person namely Vishal Sharma son of Darshan Kumar resident of Ghagwal who was going on bike bearing registration No. JK21-A 3855 (Bullet)near Railway Station area of Vijaypur and recovered 476 capsules of Spm- Prx Plus from his possession . The accused person was apprehended on spot and case vide FIR No. 62/2017 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Vijaypur.
