This refers to news item ‘Hold vigilance probe into recent transfers of masters: – Harsh’ appeared in State Times 26th July, 2016 ordered by Smita Sethi Director School Education Jammu under No. 386-DSEJ of 2016 dtd 20th July 2016 and whatever in regard to bungling have been pointed out by the ex minister is hundered and one percent correct and therefore if there is a bit of sincerety and fear of God it becomes incumbent upon the next higher authority including minister concerned to keep this transfer order in abeyance till enquiry is conducted by the Vigilance Commission / Organisation to bring the guilty to book and if any one has joined as per this order, he /she may be asked to report back to previous posting and in case it is not done, it proves that Govt itself is encouraging/ promoting corruption as all who matters in this behalf are getting their share of booty which is also one of the reason for unrest in the society.
