JAMMU: A thief has been caught on camera while stealing the goods after he barged into the Chopra Cosmetic and Chopra General Store, Chinore Chowk, Bantalab in the outskirts of the city, here.
The owners of the store have informed the Incharge Police Post Chinore and a manhunt has been launched to apprehend the person identified through the pictures grabbed from the CCTV footage of the store.
