NOWSHERA: The residential tent of a villager in Tehsil Nowshera was gutted in a sudden fire on Sunday.
According to information the residential tent of one Naik Ram son of Tuilsi Ram resident of village Dabbar, Tehsil Nowshera suddenly caught fire and was reduced to ashes with its belongings. The villager had erected this tent in his allotted land because his house was under construction.
After getting information of fire incident the police party and fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames and prevent the fire from spreading further.
Tehsildar Nowshera Mohd Raiyaz visited the spot along with concerned revenue field functionaries and provided temporary relief including tent kitchen set, stove, bedding and ration to the houseless sufferer family.
