JAMMU: The National Federation of Telecom Employees (BSNL) staged massive Dharna here on Monday on the call given by National Forum of BSNL Workers, Central Hqrs, New Delhi, to draw the urgent attention of management for settlement of long pending demands. The agitating telecom employees demanded formation of 3rd Wage Negotiation Committee, concession to SC/ST Employees in NEPP, settle issue of stagnation of RM/Gr ‘D’ employees, settle issue of left out RM opting TM (Telecom Technician) vacancy available, leave encashment facility to DR employees, protect families of deceased DR employee through family pension etc. The demonstration was attended by a large number of employees and was addressed by Gitten Singh District Secretary SSA Jammu, Sanjay Pandita District Secretary SSA CGMT Office, Kewal Krishan District President, Ravi Ji Mukhi Br Secretary Jammu, Reeta Gupta Br President SSA Jammu and Darshan Lal Kundal Br. Secretary RS Pura.
