POONCH: Following the footsteps of Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, Poonch Brigade and Municipality Poonch launched a cleanliness drive in Poonch on Tuesday. Hundreds of army Jawans, students, teachers and municipal staff gathered near Police Station Poonch and started safai Abhiyan and cleaned over one KM area.
They appealed to the people of Poonch to keep the ‘city of Saints’ clean. Executive Officer Poonch Municipality supervised the drive and personally asked the shopkeepers to become a part of the drive
