SRMWC felicitates Shobha Yatra participants

JAMMU: Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) on Saturday felicitated the participants of Shobha Yatra (Shiv Barat, 2016) on Maha Shivratri, at a function organised here.
On the occasion, Mahant of the temple 108 Rishi Ban was the Chief Guest while President of the Committee Onkar Sharma (Nandi Ji) was Guest of Honour. Prize distribution function began with a prayer of Lord Ganesha.
On the occasion, the Chief Guest distributed prizes to the students of different schools.
Committee also gave mementos to various religious and social organisations who took active part in the Shiv Barat viz. Bawe Wala Mandir Bahu Fort, Hudh Mata Trishandhya Committee (Jammu Branch), Jammu Province Newspaper Vendors Association, Bajrangi Akharha Shalamar Road, Dewan Mandir Natak Samaj Mandli, Nat Manch, Radha Krishan Tample Panjtirthi, Peer Kho Temple (Jamwant Gufa), Trinetra Dhari Shiv Shamboo Seva Dal Shalamar Road, Langar Committee Malerkotla (Jammu Branch) and others.
Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust, Shashi Khajuria also received prize on behalf of Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust.
On the occasion SRMWC also felicitated Government Ayurvedic Hospital team for organising free medical camp at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple on the occasion of Maha Shivratri and the memento was received by Dr. Taran Singh (Medical Superintendent) of the Hospital.
SRMWC also felicitated all the concerned SHOs viz. Ajay Bhatt (Pacca Danga), Shakti Sharma (City PS) and SHO Peer Mitha for their cooperation in making Yatra a grand success.
