Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committeeappeals to JMC for rebuilding drain

JAMMU: Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) on Thursday made an appeal to Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Kiran Wattal to raise the height of drain in front of Shri Ranbireshwar Temple, Shalamar Road Jammu starting from Motor Cycle Garage to Gulab Bhawan.
Talking to media persons, Spokesperson and Legal Advisor of SRMWC Jyoti Sarup Mishra said that during rainy season this drain remains choked and devotees face many problems while visiting the temple.
He appealed to JMC Jammu to consider this demand and raise the height of the drain before the rainy season.
He also appealed to JMC commissioner to take concrete steps to clean the surroundings of the temple.
Jyoti Misra also appealed to Jammuites especially the devotees to take part in the Prime Minister’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and do Shramdan to make Jammu city neat and clean.
Shiv Kumar Sharma (Vice President), Rajkumar Gupta (Secretary), Amit Gupta (Secretary), Narender Vaid, Mandeep Sharma, Deepak Sharma(Press and Publicity Incharge), Mohan Sharma, Rekha Sharma(President Women Wing), Dr. Sunny Gupta, Dolly Abrol ( General Secretary Women Wing ) and Surinder Kumar Bhagat were also present.
