JAMMU: To commemorate the glorious services in the field of education, Shiksha Niketan High School, Gandhi Nagar celebrated 50th Foundation Day with gaiety and fervour.
Swami Shri Haridanand Giri Ji was the Chief Guest who congratulated the principal, teaching staff and students on the 50th Foundation Day.
Trustee RM Public School, Rita Mengi said that school is imparting quality education and appreciated the result of the school.
Principal Rameshwar Mengi welcomed the Chief Guest and highlighted achievements of the school. He laid emphasis on the quality education to the students and appreciated the efforts put in by the staff and students to come up with the wonderful show.
A total of 22 special prizes were given to the students who brought laurels to the school in various fields.
The vote of thanks was presented by Kiran Gupta, Incharge of the School. The programme was conducted by Incharge of High School Wing, Middle Wing and Primary Wing.
