JAMMU: Expressing concern over health condition of Pari, one and a half year old girl who was injured in the ceasefire violation by the Pakistan, State President, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan urged the State Government to shift Pari to AIIMS Hospital for better treatment as Government Medical College Hospital have lack of all essential facilities for providing best treatment to critical patients. Due to lack of essential facilities, he said, BSF jawan Gurnam Singh, who was injured in cross border fire in the Kathua district, succumbed to his injuries in GMCH.
He said Super Specialty Hospital (SSH) is also still ill equipped to provide proper health services to the people thus forcing them to move to the hospitals outside the State.
“The GMC Hospital is managing affairs with the old and outdated machine, while there is urgent need for latest machine,” he said.
