JAMMU: Sheetal Sharma, student of the PG Department of MIER College of Education (Autonomous), bagged first rank in the University of Jammu in the session 2013-14. She obtained 954/1300 marks (73.38%) and has brought laurels to her parents, teachers and the college. The management of MIER College of Education congratulated Sheetal and her parents on this achievement.
