RAJOURI: SBI Rajouri Branch on Wednesday launched aggressive account opening campaign at Village Manjakote and Kakora under comprehensive Financial Inclusion Plan / Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, wherein four Business Correspondents ( BCs) participated. A Large gathering of people present on the occasion were disseminated financial education in respect of benefits of having individual accounts in the coming days.
Rohit Mehta, Chief Manager, SBI Rajouri Branch explained the gathering about the features like- No minimum Balance required, security of money, facility of Debit Card with Accidental Insurance of Rs. 1.00 lakh, DBT and OD facility available in such accounts. 68 accounts were opened today , the number of which will increase when the message percolates at nook and corner of every village in coming days.
The other officials along with BCs / CSPs present on the occasion were Wilson Khokhar, Rubina Kausar, Aashu Kumar, Parveen Kumar and Mohd. Shabir. The local people lauded the initiative of SBI in such a drive.
