Sanchalika Arya Veerangana Dal organizes Sanskar building and self-defense training Shivir

UDHAMPUR: Sanchalika Arya Veerangana Dal, Jammu and Kashmir, Sukriti Chowdhary organized an eight-day Sanskar building and self-defense training Shivir from December 25, 2022 to January 1, 2023 at Vedic Vanprastha Ashram, Garhi Udhampur, in which more than 100 girls participated.
In the Shivir, the girls were educated pertaining to patriotism, devotion to God, bravery, courage, self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance and service.
Along with Yagya, Yoga, meditation, the girls were taught the heart-thrilling practices of lathi-wielding, gun-wielding, sword-wielding, stupa-making, tile-breaking, judo karate etc in the Shivir.
To ensure that the event is successful, the members of the executive committee of Arya Veerangana Dal- Arpana Sethi (Mantrani), Monika (Up Mantrani), Seema Gupta (Koshadhyaksh), Dr. Pratibha (Mukhya Sanrakshak), Dr. Aruna Bhagotra (Sanrakshak), Ritu Shastri (Prachar Mantrani) and Sunita Gupta (Mantrani) were involved.
Acharya Ashish Darshanacharya Jhind came from Haryana to give spiritual knowledge to Arya Veeranganas and Acharya Satyam and Abhilasha came from Delhi to impart culture and self-protection training.
This Shivir was conducted under the leadership of Arun Chowdhary, President Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Jammu and Kashmir.
The Shivir was presided over by Sonia Gupta, Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu and Kashmir in which Arya Veeranganas displayed a variety of physical arts and skills which they imbibed in the past eight days.
The Shivir was concluded with prize distribution function followed by Rishi Langar.
