JAMMU: Asgar Hassan Samoon, IAS Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has been ordered to hold the charge of the post of Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, in addition to his own duties, till Salma Hamid, IAS, resumes her duties after completion of the Phase-III of the Mid Career Training Programme.
