Rule of law will be established, if voted: Hamid
STATE TIMES NEWS
NAGROTA: “Now that campaigning for final phase of Assembly elections has come to an end, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would resolve to translate its words into actions. People are expecting PDP to deliver and the party if voted to power will leave no stone unturned to come up to their expectations”. This was stated by PDP leader and Chief Election Coordinator for Jammu Province, Abdul Hamid Choudhary while canvassing for party candidate Choudhary Hussain Ali Waffa, in Nagrota.
The problem with Jammu and Kashmir not reaching pinnacle of development is absence of a credible government from the scene. Once a credible government like that of PDP comes to power, a rule of law will be established in the State which in turn will end corruption and nepotism besides making everyone accountable to general public. Choudhary Hamid added that this kind of governance cannot be provided by inefficient people who are not even connected with masses.
Addressing series of meetings in Nagrota, Choudhary Hamid said Jammu and Kashmir has suffered a lot during past six years and now when the incumbent government is on its last leg people must vote for PDP candidates to strengthen hands of Party Patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Party Chief Mehbooba Mufti so that a transparent and credible government is set up here. Days ahead, he said are going to be far better for which PDP has put in its every effort and is committed to peace and prosperity of the State.
Describing Choudhary Hussain Ali Waffa as right candidate for Nagrota, the PDP leader said that anyone else if sent to the Assembly will merely make promises with them and promises by any mean don’t mean development. PDP on the other hand has a vision plan for entire State including Nagrota which is adjacent to highest seat of power – the Civil Secretariat, he said.
He urged people to vote for PDP and elect Choudhary Waffa so that corruption that has gone deep into the system is uprooted.
