JAMMU: In view of opening of Durbar Move Office (Winter Capital) in Jammu, SSP Jammu, Dr. Sunil Gupta briefed all officers/jawans and other forces in District Police Lines, Jammu deployed for security of Durbar Move.
Keeping in view the present scenario in the State and border firing on IB/LOC, SSP Jammu directed them to remain extra vigilant while performing their duties especially during winter capital in Jammu.
He asked Zonal SsP, SDPOs and SHOs to maintain peace and order in their respective jurisdictions and ensure close liaison with all security agencies working in their area of responsibility. Zonal/Sector officers were advised to brief and debrief the Nafri on routine basis before putting them on duty and maintain high alertness.
