JAMMU: Nodal Officer Relief Jammu has informed the individuals, NGOs and other organisations intending to donate material and medicines for flood affected areas of Jammu and Kashmir to contact Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, mobile No. 94191-13832 between 6:30 AM to 12:00 Midnight.
He has also requested that the flood items to be donated should preferable be packed in cartons/boxes of 5 kg each and properly labeled, indicating the date of packing alongwith quantity (in kgs). The medicines should also be properly packed in suitable containers and labelled.
The material required includes food items, blankets, tents, packaged drinking water and medicines etc.
