SRINAGAR: Government on Thursday posted Jogindar Singh Rai on the newly created post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Billawar and Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, KAS, Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, IWMP, relieving Joginder Singh Rai, KAS of the additional charge of the post.
