JAMMU: Pride moment for Jammuites, Rahul Dev Manhas, 59-year-old veteran Physique player, again flex his muscles to retain Rank 1 in Masters Physique Ranking in 50 Kg category of India for Natural athletes.
He got gold in 50 Kg category and bronze in 40 Kg category in recently concluded ICN Classic Mumbai held at Yashwant Rao Auditorium South Mumbai on May 27, 2023. When our correspondent contacted, he said, “My religion is fitness and I will keep on sharing my experience of fitness and impart my technique to the fitness enthusiasts. What I practice I preach.”
