From Pradesh Congress President to his Block President and from senior functionaries of the National Conference to grassroots level workers, all are taking credit for devising a mega package for the refugees of PoK and Chhamb besides creation of new administrative units. The much needed relief should have gone to refugees in a year or so of their displacement. Ironically there has been no delimitation of constituencies which has been a long pending demand of the people.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the coalition partners to take credit for something which ought to have been done much earlier and not explaining reasons for according priority to delimitation of constituencies because it is feared to favour the Jammu region?
