JAMMU: The auction of vanity numbers at the office of Regional Transport Officer here on Friday witnessed tempers running up with bids scaling high till 0001 stopped at Rs 3.97 lakh.
Davinder Batra of Messers Batra Brothers, Jammu offered the highest bid of Rs 3,97,000 for JK02BH-0001 for his luxury Toyota Corolla car during the auction participated by a large number of aspirants.
