To expose loopholes in the online registration system of Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination, a Budgam youth has expressed his determination to take the bovine to write the papers at a Centre allotted in close vicinity of the summer capital. He has successfully acquired an admit card for the cow for admission to a diploma course after depositing necessary fee and fulfilling all requisite formalities.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for the institutions, converted as rehabilitation centres for the deadwood and superannuated officials at the cost of poor tax payers’ hard earned money, to utilize the State resources to defend the indefensible rather than gracefully owning up the mistake?
