JAMMU: Prathamansh Sharma, a Class III student of Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu, won the second prize each for Inter-school poster making and card making.
The competition was organised by Government College of Engineering and Technology at Chak Bhalwal, here.
The prizes were awarded by Divisional Commissioner Shantmanu.
