JAMMU: The Government on Monday nominated senior IAS officer Prashant Goyal as Chairman Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Finance Corporation (JKLFC).
“In exercise of powers vested in the Government of Jammu & Kashmir under Section 15(1) of the State Finance Corporation Act, 1951, Prashant Goyal, IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department is nominated as Chairman, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Finance Corporation (JKLFC) in place of Vivek Bhardwaj, IAS, till further orders for a period not exceeding three years,” reads an order issued by Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department.
