JAMMU: Superintending Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua has informed that to execute work of erection of 11 KV Line network for shifting of electrical utilities coming under widening of road from Phinter to Billawar on turnkey basis, the power supply to Kishanpur, Billawar, Tilla, Sukral and Billawar Town will remain affected on December 15 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
