BHADARWAH: Coming down heavily on the State Government for its apathy towards their suitable adjustment all the Lecturers Repatriated from Leh and Kargil(LRLK) threatened to protest against its callous attitude.
The lecturers alleged that they have been repatriated from frontier districts of Leh and Kargil four months ago after serving in the hard terrain for three years and have joined in The Directorate of School Education for further posting/adjustments.
Despite knowing the fact that a large number of posts of lecturers in various subjects are lying vacant in many higher secondary schools the concerned authorities have delayed the adjustment of these lecturers for reasons best known to them thereby making both the students and lecturers suffer.
The lecturers urged the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to interfere and direct the concerned Deptt. to take necessary action in this regard and adjust the lecturers suitably as per choice in light of the Ladakh Transfer Policy of the govt.
