JAMMU: The plantation drive was organised in the premises of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu by the team of doctors led by Dr Abhimanyu Gupta with the support of Dr Arun Sharma, Deputy Medical Superintendent of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
Dr Gupta said that every citizen of Jammu should make good selection of trees to be planted in consideration of the nature of land and the kind of climate.
Today, the team led by him planted many Bael plants and further this whole week they are going to plant throughout the Jammu.
Gupta appealed to all Jammuites to grow Bael plant as this plant having medicinal properties also.
Dr Shrikant, Dr Sonam, Dr Paramdeep, Dr Vishal and Dr Tanya were present on the occasion.
