POONCH : A pedestrian identified as Ahmed Lone son of Jamal Din resident of Loran, Poonch was hit by an over speeding motorcycle while crossing the road near Kanuiyan. The injured was immediately shifted by the police to District Hospital Poonch but since his condition was critical, he was evacuated to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu for specialised treatment.
The police have seized the new un-numbered motorcycle while the biker managed to abscond. A case has been registered by the police and launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
