MARH: PDP senior leaders Sham Lal Bhaghat and Raj Rattan Raina along with Ajay Raina, Sumit Sharma, Ramesh Handa, Yashpal Sharma, Rahul Manhas, and Brij Mehra distributed free ration and other eatable items to the people of various flood affected areas of Sangrampur with the help of local people Nanu Ji, Kalpana Joshi and various others.
PDP senior leader Sham Lal Bhagat said that the process to provide relief to the affected families was slow and without any coordination thus compounding the miseries of general masses. He also said that government should take immediate steps for streamlining the relief distribution process.
Bhagat while criticising government said that it has not been able to reach up to the victims of natural calamity and the affected people continue to wait for relief. He urged the government to ensure that the required relief reaches to all the needy people at the earliest.
