REASI: A special humane project to give an impetus to provide quality education to the boys belonging to the remote areas of Reasi District, Paras Boys Hostel at Sila Garrison was inaugurated by General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps, at Uniform Force Headquarters, on Monday.
The initiative has been undertaken to facilitate educational facility to students from extremely poor financial background, residing at remote areas along the Pir Panjal Mountains, where the schools are located at far off villages.
The hostel has a facility to accommodate 20 students, free messing, a computer enabled library, a tuition cum coaching hall and free transportation to schools in Reasi.
The aim of such an initiative is to have an all round development, a basis to undertake quality education available at Reasi, ensure guidance and counseling for higher education thereby getting right employment.
