JAMMU: District Football Association (DFA) Samba on Monday made it an outright
win when they blanked DFA Doda 7-0 in the ongoing Jammu chapter of the 24th State Football Championship at GGM Science College Ground, here.
Arun Sambyal (8th), Anubhav Sambyal (23rd), Akhil Sambyal (32nd and 52nd), Aditya Sambyal (34th), Davinder Singh (40th) and Ankush Slathia (44th) were the scorers.
Meanwhile, in another scheduled match of the day, Param FC trounced DFA Poonch 4-1. Aman Sharma (4th), Tafazul Irshad (25th), Shubam (29th) and Ravinder Pal Singh (60th) were the scorers from winning side while Gagandeep Singh reduced the margin in the 48th minute netting lone goal form DFA Poonch.
Today’s matches were officiated by the technical panel comprising Koushal Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Suresh Gupta, Rickey Kumar and Mohinder Kalsi
FIXTURE: Young Rovers shall take on DFA Samba at 2:30 PM while Param FC shall meet J and K Police at 4:00 PM tomorrow.
