JAMMU : The CONDORS of Jammu Air Force Station under Air Commodore PE Patange continues the flood relief operations in the Jammu sector on Sunday also
To aid with the relief work, a total of 15 sorties were flown by the Air Force MI 17 IV aircraft by Wing Commander Anup Sharma, Squadron Leader CP Savathi, Squadron Leader A Sangwan, Squadron Leader Khanduri and Squadron Leader Shailesh Singh rescuing 120 civilians today.
They also ferried 12 tons of relief materials and medicines at the flood affected areas. Two sorties of AN-32 aircraft were also carried out to transport relief materials. AOC Jammu said the Operation Rahat II will continue tomorrow also.
