VIJAYPUR : In a case of day light burglary, the thieves struck the house of one Yash Pal son of Babu Ram resident of Ward No 13, Vijaypur when his family was away to attend the Sat Sangh.
The burglars broke open door of the house and after searching the house, took away gold ornaments weighing about 8 Tolas and cash amounting to Rs 10,600. The house owner on his return found his belongings scattered all over and cash and ornaments missing.
On receipt of complaint from the house owner the police visited the spot and registered the case for investigation.
