R S PURA: On the complaint of Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) RS Pura Dr. Gagan Bhagat an open FIR has been registered in Police Station Miransahib for using abusive language by some people in the protesting crowd on 22nd July, 2016.
The MLA alleged that some criminals were present in the crowd of protesters who intended to attack him when he reached the grid Station Kullian to clarify the misunderstanding among the people that he had stopped the 6.3 MV transformer from being installed there. The police have registered FIR 112/16 under section 405, 406 and 148 against unknown persons. SHO Hilal Azhar said that investigation has been started and the accused will soon be nabbed.
