BATOTE: A motorcyclist died on the spot while pillion rider got serious injuries when a motorcycle they were riding met with an accident at Tamator Morh area on Batote-Jammu NHW on Monday.
According to reports, today at about 11:45 AM, one motorcycle bearing No JK06 -8972 was on its way to Jammu collided with a bus bearing No JK02AD-6091 coming from Jammu towards Doda at Tamator Morh near Kud area, resulting into on spot death of motorcyclist namely Vimal Dev Singh son of Sher Singh resident of Thathri Doda while a pillion rider Neeraj Parihar son of Baldev Raj resident of Thathri Doda got seriously injured.
Police shifted them to nearby Hospital and registered a case in this regard at Police Station Kud.
