UDHAMPUR: A youth made an abortive bid to commit suicide by consuming some poisonous substance in his house in village Nallha Koda in Udhampur on Saturday. The victim was shifted to District hospital Udhampur.
According to reports Sunil Kumar son of Des Raj resident Nallah Koda took some poisonous substances in his house to end his life. On seeing victim in unconscious condition his family members shifted him to the district hospital Udhampur from where doctors further referred him to GMC Jammu. Condition of the victim was stated to be stable till filing the last report. However, Udhampur police registered a case and launched the investigation.
