UDHAMPUR: As part of its promotion policy to encourage workmanship in cadre, Departmental Promotion Committee under the chairmanship of Rajesh Kumar, IPS IGP Director Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur granted In-situ promotion to 28 eligible Sgcts, 52 Constables and 14 followers in the next higher standard pay scale. Such promotions of subordinate police personnel act as a big morale booster for J&K Police personnel and it has been the endeavour of the Chairman DPC to take care of the police personnel working in the Academy for providing quality training to the police personnel of J&K Police.
While congratulating the concerned police personnel, Director SKPA Udhampur conveyed warm greetings to them and expressed hope that they will continue to work with the same devotion and dedication for the upliftment of Sher-I-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur which is a premier institute of the State.
