Dear Editor,
By no stretch of imagination an army tank with full component of army men and with arms and ammunition can be kept permanently in a university. However, discarded tanks are kept at important places for public viewership. There is no harm if such a tank is kept at the JNU. No one should have any objection to it. Everything should not be painted in saffron colour without analysing the complete details.
