RAMBAN: To check the punctuality in the
offices, Additional
District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Ramban Ravinder Nath Sadhu paid surprise visit in various offices on Saturday.
During the inspection, some officials were found absent from their duties without proper leave and permission besides not maintaining their movement registers.
Taking serious note of this, ADDC ordered the suspension of nine employees including five officials of Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) office comprising Junior Assistant, Zinat Khan, VLW Rajit Anand Sharma, MPW, Parvaiz Ahmed and orderly, Sunil Sharma and five of BDO office Ramban which includes AAO Bishan Dass, Junior Assistant, Dharam Singh, Programme Officer, Shahid Hussain, Chowkidar, Prem Singh and Computer Operator, Nawaz Ahmed who were found absent from their duties during the working hours.
Further explanation has also been sought from Block Development Officer Ramban for his unauthorised absence from the office.
