KULGAM: A National Lok Adalat is going to be organised by District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) at District Court Complex Kulgam as well as its subordinate courts with special reference to family disputes, traffic Challans, MACT cases, municipality cases, under Fisheries Act cases. Under Electric Act, petty criminal cases, family disputes, criminal cases (compoundable cases) under payment of Wages Act Land acquisition cases, mutation cases, revenue cases, MNREGA cases, civil cases, property disputes between close relatives, relating to bank loans, relating to recently flood affected victims.
Interesting persons have been informed to approach the concerned courts for references of their cases to the proposed National Lok Adalat.
