BARAMULLA: The Election Expenditure Observer for Uri, Rafiabad, Sopore and Sangrama Constituencies Janardhan Das visited Sopore and convened a meeting with the concerned officers at Dak-Bungalow Sopore during which the issues with regard to forth coming Assembly elections were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the Nodal Officer Expenditure Monitoring Cell Baramulla, Assistant Expenditure Observers, accounting teams, video surveillance teams, flying squads and other officers.
The Observer during the meeting impressed upon to adhere to the directions of Election Commission of India (ECI). He enjoined upon the accounting teams for maintaining shadow registers. He also directed the Video Surveillance teams to monitor and communicate the information with regard to daily basis data to the concerned authorities.
