BILLAWAR: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, former Minister said that this trend is not seen healthy in contest Indian democracy in which the party in power will unnecessary torture and attack leader of other party in order to humiliate and dishonor and vice versa adding that we are living in the advance age of science and technology in which nothing remains away from modern means of communication and absent from the public domain even if someone could tries to hush up or temper with it. He said that Modi’s Govt, has failed in every fronts including in deliverance and governance, so BJP is organising attacks on opposition leaders which is his preplanning to divert the attention of common masses from real issue and their failure. Manohar was addressing the people during two days tour at different villages of Billawar Constituency in Kathua Distt namely Kishanpur(Billawar), Dher, Durang, Dewal, Surara(Malti), Didwara, Dodan(Tharakalwal), Sailna, Kadharnoo, Ramkote, Tandary, Ban, Mori(Mangloor) and Billawar. Addressing local people from different walks of life including Sarpanchs and Panches there, he said that the BJP and Modi’s government is suppressing the genuine voice of the people of the country by attacking on opposition leaders and termed this act as great threat to Indian democracy and democratic values taught by the Father of Nation to the whole world in his philosophy of humanity.
He said that the attack on Rahul Gandhi Vice President Indian Nation Congress in Gujarat by BJP leaders is highly condemnable, shameful and undemocratic act in which BJP and its leadership is completely responsible.
He said that such act reflects the thinking and vision of the party and their leadership to lead the country. He further said that this also indicates the vision and slogan of Modi ‘India Badal Raha Hai’. He pointed out that this is the real face of India which BJP wants to make after change i.e ‘India Badal Raha Hai’. He also said that now the BJP has no excuse to escape, because BJP is ruling in Gujarat state for more than last fifteen years and in centre three and half years.
Dr Sharma while interacting with the people of areas said that the BJP Govt. in State and Modi’s Govt. at Centre is a failure in all fronts of developmental activities, giving justice to common men, in generating employment opportunities, fight against terrorism and Pakistan sponsored proxy war, maintaining law and order including restoring peace in the State, keeping check and control on crime on women and common men and control on prize rise of almost all commodities in the country.
