SRINAGAR: State government on Tuesday decided to organize mobile camps in the affected areas for facilitating issuance of duplicate PRC, Ration Cards, Power/LPG connection documents, Voter Identity Cards, death certificates, driving licenses, registration and qualification certificates to those whose documents/certificates have been damaged in the recent floods.
Accordingly, the Deputy Commissioners have been asked to organize mobile camps comprising officers and officials of the respective departments at conspicuous places to facilitate issuance of duplicate certificates and documents after proper verification and authentication. The Deputy Commissioners have been asked to submit progress report on this matter on weekly basis to the General Administration Department.
