RAMBAN: Police on Tuesday traced out a lady woman was reported to be missing since 10th May 2015.
According to a report, a missing report was lodged in the daily diary of Police Station Ramban that one Razia Begum wife of Sher Ali resident of Kanga Tehsil and District Ramban has been missing from her house. An information was generated by SHO PS Ramban Inspr Ajay Singh Chib, under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Mohd Rafiq and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar, that the said lady has been seen at Batote along with one Abdul Qayoom son of Bashir Ahemd resident of Baghna Seri.
A police party was deputed to trace out the lady who was recovered today. Family of the missing lady has alleged that the said lady was kidnapped by the accused. Accordingly the accused has been arrested and a case under FIR No. 60/2015 section 366/109 RPC was registered against him at Police Station Ramban. The kidnapped lady has been handed over to her parents after completing legal formalities and the missing report has been closed.
