SRINAGAR: Minister for Industries and Commerce (I&C), Chander Parkash Ganga on Friday said that the department had been granting mining leases of various minerals as per the Central Government’s Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 on first come first serve basis.
